How do I book?
Will I know the fare in advance?
Yes. The fare is communicated before you confirm and remains fixed for the agreed journey. It is calculated as a fixed distance-based fare, according to distance, time and agreed conditions.
Do you provide airport and train station transfers?
Yes. At Nantes Atlantique Airport, access to the professional drop-off area allows for a quick departure and a smooth collection on arrival. For inbound flights, I track your flight in real time and include one hour of complimentary waiting in case of a delay. At the station, I meet you at the agreed meeting point.
How far can you take me?
My Way is based in the Nantes area, but there is no geographical limit to your journeys. I can take you anywhere in France or abroad, for a single journey or a chauffeur service lasting days or weeks, arranged in advance.
Which vehicle will collect me?
My Way is first and foremost Jordan, the chauffeur you see on this website. Wherever possible, I will personally collect you in the vehicle shown. If I am unavailable, a trusted colleague will take over. You will receive their identity and vehicle details in advance.
What if my schedule changes?
Let me know as early as possible and we will adjust together. I stay flexible: the unexpected is part of the job, as long as it does not become part of yours.
Can I book for someone else?
Yes. You can book for a colleague, client, relative or guest. Just send me their contact details and journey information; I will handle their collection directly.
Do you work with businesses?
